Excellent food, excellent service! It's pricey but worth it!
We arrived on time for our reservation at 7.30. We were seated within 5 min. It took 25 min for someone to notice we were sitting there. Not a very good first impression.

I have been to multiple high end steak houses and this was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered at any restaurant. To start off the valet drivers told me that their lot was full. As I drove around I noticed 2 empty spots in their lot. Because of this inconvenience I wound up parking on a curb and had to walk to the restaurant in the rain. Last night, my husband,Dan and I went to Ruth Chris to have a belated anniversary dinner. After our steaks were delivered, Dan was cutting into it and noticed that the plate it was served on what cracked in two. All of the juice and butter was all over the table, quite a mess. We call for the waiter and two of them were immediately there along with the manager taking care of the problem. They got him a new steak and asked if they could get him a drink while he waited.
