This is hands down my favorite place to celebrate my birthday and my anniversary the staff and the food is 5 star all the way
Food good (once you get what you ordered, lobster, not shrimp). Service started out ok because we were the 2nd table sat but once our waiter had to wait on a larger party in the private room, he pretty much ignored us after that. Had to wait and wait for our desserts then we had to finally tell the manager to cash us out because our waiter never came back, then we sat there for another 15 minutes waiting on the manager and our waiter still didn't come back to our table. Great food great drinks! Ask for Chris the server, best night by far!
My first time at Ruth's Chris did not disappoint! My friend, sister and I had dinner for my birthday Aug 6th. The pre-dinner cocktail was devine (ginger coconut lemon drop). Our table had bday confetti :) Carlos was exceptional and witty. I had the best ribeye ever......prepared perfectly. The keylime cheesecake.......yum! Having Jim (GM) and Manny (exec chef) stop and talk with us was wonderful. Again my apologies for the spilled creamer. Thanks for a fantastic first, but not last experience!! :) :)
Excellent service from our waiter David who was very knowledgeable with the menu. Returned many times to ask if everything was ok. Food was served hot. Excellent dining experience. We will definitely be back.

Second time there, very consistent. Steaks were med-rare just like we ordered. Service was prompt and impeccable our server was Austin and we were glad to have him! Thanks Ruth's Chris for making our anniversary special!!!
My hubby and I first went to Ruth's Chris in Hawaii and could wait to go again. He took tonight for my birthday dinner and it was AMAZING! Everything. Was perfect! Carlos was our server and was on point. We will be going back again
It was my first and probably the last time at Ruth Chris. The food was "ok" but it wasn't "GREAT" and for $50+ a plate. I expect great food and service. The service was delivered as expected but again the food came up short. For the money Bern's is by far the better choice! Imho.
