I just went to Ruth Chris for the 1st time a couple of days ago and the experience was simply alright. There was confusion about my appetizer because I didn't receive clear info from my waiter & that confusion ended up costing me more money. Then we received desserts that we did not order & my waiter walked by as someone else brought them to the table & his response was "Oh crap, we'll just charge for 1 of them" but I DIDN'T order either one, then I paid for the meal & I waited for quite some time to receive my receipt to si... read more
