A Gourmet's Dream – This was our first visit and we found it to be a wonderful experience. My birthday dinner couldn't have been better. The service was great (Debbie was our waitress) and the food was beyond delicious. The steak was very tender and just melted in your mouth. A very pleasant experience and we will be back again. We can definitely recommend it to our family and friends.
Food, Birthday/Anniversary Issues – I recently took my parents to this Ruths Chris for a Birthday/Anniversary celebration. Granted, the service was adequate however when my parents both tried their entrees (petite prime ribs) they both agreed to send their entrees back due to the entree being tough. Instead of chancing another bad order of prime rib my parents opted for petite filets. It took a good 40 minutes before their steaks arrived (needless to say I had finished my entree by this time). This is a serious steak house restaurant – I can say with confidence that this is a serious steak house restaurant with a wonderful variety of fresh seafood cooked to perfection.
poor food – the quailty of food has gone down since ruth`s moved from the old location.
Wonderful place to go !! – We went here for our 10th anniversary ! It was the best steak I have ever had, the service was excellent. Our drinks never got more than 1/2 empty, never a dirty plate on the table. They let us get something for our toddler and didn't charge us for it! Gave us free dessert for our special occasion, a balloon for the little one and a picture of us at the table to remember the occasion. Great place to go !
friendly and great food – I love this place. The food is great and the people are very friendly. They are there to make the customer happy. I eat here alot and I have never had a bad dinner there. Its #1 with me.
Absolutely an unbelievable experience! Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. For over two hours, we enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere, casual drinks and conversation, outstanding entrees and sides, capped off by complementary dessert, as we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. I couldn't imagine celebrating any where else. We will certainly make Ruth's Chris Steakhouse apart of our dinning for years to come. THANKS FOR MAKING OUR ANNIVERSARY UNFORGETTABLE, AND MAKING US BOTH FEEL SO VERY SPECIAL.
Nice – I went to Ruth's Chris Sunday evening. The food and service was great. I have been there a couple of other times and have found that they are consistent with their overall services. They are over priced but you should know that going in and not complain about that. You have choices to spend lots of money or not. It's a romantic, classy restaurant.
poor quality for lots of money – We visited Ruth's Chris in Cary some months back and were very displeased with the quality of the steak, a filet which we had to send back once for proper cooking and then once it was returned, I found the steak, which was supposed to be a prime filet to be more like an end cut. When we spoke with management about this problem, we received a minimal apology and even worse after making a call and writing a letter received no response.
