I didn't think the lunch was great! Got the sliders - the burger part was overcooked and the onion rings were waaaay to huge. The shrimp and crabcake sliders were good. Jill got the salad and it was pedestrian. All in all not a great experience.

I have dinned at many of these establishments from coast to coast and never had bad service at a Ruth Chris. That was until tonight. Place was not packed at all. Everything started out great. We ended up waiting more than an hour for main course. After asking for the manager, he said our meal would be out shortly. Well, it came. The plate with the lamb on it look like it came from a greasy spoon restaurant. The lamb was cold. The lobster was also cold. They offered to remake it but, it was 9:45 at that point. Food was delicious! However service was terribly slow! Our service was nice, but he wasn’t very attentive. My family and I was there yesterday from 2:15-5:30!
