Used the Hilton/Ruth’s Chris for a corporate event and had the most outstanding customer service. Kelsey Thomas in the catering department and a Shannah Burden at the Hilton helped us with every question we had and went above and beyond to have the event planned for us. We had a 6:00 reservation before a concert. At 7:20 we still had not received our entrees. After clearing our salad plates it was 25 minutes before we even saw our waiter. We had to get our dinners boxed to go. Not impressed at all. �
