Used the Hilton/Ruth’s Chris for a corporate event and had the most outstanding customer service. Kelsey Thomas in the catering department and a Shannah Burden at the Hilton helped us with every question we had and went above and beyond to have the event planned for us. At dinner, Adam, our server was extremely attentive and made sure every one of our needs were met. Every attendee enjoyed the dinner and the breakfast buffet the next morning. We had a 6:00 reservation before a concert. At 7:20 we still had not received our entrees. After clearing our salad plates it was 25 minutes before we even saw our waiter. We had to get our dinners boxed to go. Not impressed at all. �

IT WAS MY WIFE AND I FIRST TIME AT RUTH CHRIS AND THE ATMOSPHERE WAS WONDERFUL AND THE SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL AND THE STEAKS WE HAD WERE MOUTH WATERING YOUR GOING TO PAY BUT ITS WORTH IT FOR HIGH QUALITY.
