About this business

The Rusty Scupper is a casual, yet lively seafood restaurant located on the waterfront, where the breathtaking views of the harbor are sure to leave you impressed. On the menu, the usual Chesapeake Bay favorites can all be found, from crabs to scallops, it doesn't scream Baltimore any more than this. On certain nights, there is live piano entertainment to add a little romance to this exquisite eatery. Open for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch, it is one of the best seafood spots in Fells Point.

Years ago I had the best crab cake I’ve ever had there. So good that I never forgot and compared all crab cakes to that wonderful, glorious meal at least a decade ago. Well, my memories did not fail me. Best..crab..cake..EVER!

Good option on the waterfront. Pricey though. Not a spot I would recommend to go by yourself just because of the environment. More of a couples spot. Sat at the bar enjoyed their “brews” lagunitas and heavy seas respectively. Fish and Chips were a specialty and good but not great. $54 for a cup of Maryland Crab, Fish & Chips, two beers and tip. Plus $8 for parking. There are better options for that money. May go back but won’t be in a rush to try it again.

I havent been here in years. The atmosphere and view are fantastic as always. The food was good (the best thing we had was the Cream of Crab soup). Crab cakes were ok, and the stuffed lobster tail as well. Now comes the service. Our waiter was a klutz to say the least - forgetting to bring things and also spilling stuff on my coat pants and shirt.. A Romantic Valentines Dinner for Grace and I - our first - so it was still fantastic!!
