Excellent food, service, views. This is a great restaurant for special occasions, had the scallops and they were perfect!
Enjoyed the Sunday Jazz brunch with my boyfriend and we had a phenomenal time!!! The brunch buffet was stocked with a large variety of food and our waiters were extremely attentive! Next time we are in Baltimore we will be returning!
Recently traveled to Washington DC, from NJ, and stopped in and had dinner at Rusty’s. The staff was friendly and the food was phenomenal... Fantastic view, will definitely stop in again next time my girlfriends and I take another road trip....

Beautiful view, romantic setting, delicious food, awesome service. It's was our anniversary and my birthday. At the end of our meal, they surprised us with2 glasses of champagne and then a slice of cake with a candle. Those extra touches made the night!
