About this business

The Rusty Scupper is a casual, yet lively seafood restaurant located on the waterfront, where the breathtaking views of the harbor are sure to leave you impressed. On the menu, the usual Chesapeake Bay favorites can all be found, from crabs to scallops, it doesn't scream Baltimore any more than this. On certain nights, there is live piano entertainment to add a little romance to this exquisite eatery. Open for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch, it is one of the best seafood spots in Fells Point.

Was there on yesterday to celebrate my twin sisters birthday. The whole entire evening was awesome. The view is very nice. The food was very good. I'll be back as soon as I can.

Brunch was very good. We got there just as it opened but still found some of the food to be dried out. Omelette station was phenomenal. We really enjoyed the seafood choices. Unlimited mimosas/bloody mary’s/bellinis but ask for ice since they weren’t that cold. We will come back again.

The prices are comparable to other restaurants in the Inner Harbor area. Food is good, we have always had good food and good service. We try to have at least one meal there whenever we are in the are. Love it!

Fantastic food, view, and atmosphere. Romantic, yet still casual. Bring a sweater/sweatshirt. It's freezing in there.

My favorite place for Sunday Brunch. We went here on Father's Day. We miss our reservation and had to sit outside. It was to hot to enjoy the delicious food. However a Manager later gave us seats inside. The staff is wonderful!

This was my first time at the Rusty Scupper, being that it was Father’s Day it was very busy. The prime Rib was over cooked, cheesecake was frozen. I am going to come back and give it another go when it’s less busy. All in all it was a pleasant dining experience, staff were very helpful and extremely attentive.
