My Wife and I experienced some unfortunate setbacks with job losses and subsequent financial repuercussions. In working with Attny Schwartz and Roxanne, we were able to establish short term relief and establish a long term gameplan that allowed us to get back on our feet and maintain our dignity throughout the resolution process. They were very respectful and patient with us through our entire ordeal and we are very appreciative of thier assistance!

My experience was with Roxanne and Scott. Roxanne was nothing but fantastic. She always returned my emails in calls, usually within minutes. She stayed on top of things and helped remind me of things. Scott really helped me out and held my hand when I needed to have a meeting with the court. He was there with me the entire time, even though it went longer than we expected. It was a fantastic experience.

Rust Armenis and Schwartz took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They were thorough and never made it seem like they were rushing to the next client. The case took 3 years but they stayed with me. They were very informative and responded to follow ups.

I LIKE 'EM I've recently begun proceedings with Scott Schwartz as my attorney for filing chapter 7. I am SO impressed with their office. So I differ totally with the negative review here. Amy and Roxanne have been kind, smart and very efficient. In my phone interview with Scott Schwartz, I found him caring but objective and totally versed in this field (bankruptcy). I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and used Mr Schwartz. I was very impressed with him and his law firm in how helpful they all were. Also, I had spoken with another attorney prior to speaking with Mr Schwartz that said I could only qualify for chapter 13, which would not have helped me all that much. Mr Schwartz really came through for me.
