We're very pleased with Rust Armenis and Schwartz. We retained counsel with a different attorney before, and we were frustrated because we wanted a chapter 7 and we couldn't persuade him. He tried to constantly sell us a chapter 13 because in Monterey county, the practitioners here tend to only want to sell chapter 13. Rust, Armenis, and Schwartz was very professional and precise. They did a bankruptcy for me from start to finish. I had never done this before and was so amazed by the technology going into it.
