Dark, cozy, elegant and intimate, Russian Tea Time has only been here since 1993, however it has since become a Chicago treasure. Inside the elegant Mahogany and Birch dining room, the kitchen serves specialties from the former Soviet republics which includes every where from Tajikistan to Belarus. Wonderful place for afternoon tea service. Generous and delicious! Also good for other foods, but I go for the Tea.
