Dark, cozy, elegant and intimate, Russian Tea Time has only been here since 1993, however it has since become a Chicago treasure. Inside the elegant Mahogany and Birch dining room, the kitchen serves specialties from the former Soviet republics which includes every where from Tajikistan to Belarus. RecommendedI loved this place! First time having afternoon tea at an actual establishment, and it was lovely. We also tried the piroshkies, and they were wonderful. I’ll definitely come back here when I visit Chicago again. The discount with the art museum tickets was a bonus too.
