They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
