Phenomenal staff who are professional, kind, attentive, caring and the staff remembered me from a previous visit months ago! I've never had a bad experience at Russell Medical. Also I worked for Russell Marine for a few years before my accident, Russell is a great company!
I have had all of my needs taken care of at Russell for years unless I am sent out of town by another Dr. -Births of my children, three grandchildren, 3 surgeries, knee replacement and others. No complaints from this lady, only appreciation.
I have always hated Russell Hospital and yesterday only confirms why. My dad was sent by his doctor to the ER to have some tests run, this was 4 o'clock. We got out about 8:30 last night. My dad told the nurse needed to go to the restroom several times and an hour later she comes back, too late. Pretty humiliating for a 88 year old man. I have never seen so many rude staff members in one place and so much disorganization. One does not know what the other is doing. My Brother was taken there today in So Much pain in his hip.. They're Totally Treating him as If He's a Stupid Redneck.. Telling him to quit Cussing or They're not doing Anything for him.. They should've taken care of his Pain 1st not make him get to that Pain Threshold before it got that bad .. I bet if it was they're Relative. . All Aboard the KA train they've climbed.. Treat People as You want to be Treated.. Probably would've gotten better Care at Animal Hospital But.. Not in Alex City
