ER staff was some what rude. Did not explain procedures,treatment,nor the illnesses. It was an unpleasant visit with my child.
Give the same treatment to a drunk patient, as you would any other patient! They need help too! They have an illness too!
The staff was caring and compassionate and very helpful to my husband
