The ER is absolutely horrible. Very slow service and rude nurses. But I love the nurses on the 3rd floor. They are very nurturing and understanding when it comes to the care of the little ones

I have been dealing with Russell all my life. I know sometimes service seems a little slow, but when so many patients and little help, it takes all they have to give. I admire Russell and thank them so much for what they have done for my family. I just some months ago went through sickness with my aunt and everyone was so sweet, always on the job. We LOVE Russell Medical Center! My mother had surgery and everyone took such good care of her and us :-) :-) :-)
Always a great experience. I was there for my brother, who was having a same day surgical procedure. The staff is always very helpful and courteous. The hospital is always clean and everything is well marked, easy to find your way around. Not to mention my brothers doc and all the surgical staff kept me updated and was very willing to take the time to answer any and all questions.
Everyone starting from the er to the room was very nice n professional.
Many bad experiences!!! My 4 month old daughter was throwing up, her skin turned white, and was severely dehydrated, she hadn't eaten in 8 hours and they made us wait for two of those hours because it was lunch time!!!! I went straight to another hospital in Sylaucaga and she was taken care of immediately!!!! This hospital is a disgrace :(((((.
This is an awesome place. They are good with registering patients. And keeping them happy.
