I have been in the hospital in 2015, and all the doctors and nurses were very professional. The food was very good, and you got a choice to pick from. I would recommend this hospital to a friend or neighbor. I have had two outpatient surgeries as well, and all went well, and both nurses and doctors were great and very professional.
I worked here for 15 years and retired. They are very professional in every way. Each dept works together and they provide excellent care and compassion to the patients. I highly recommend this hospital. It's clean and sterile. It's like home away from home.

One way would be to have some real person to whom you can explain your problem with if you have one with RMC. Not on a facebook page which is so low class, but then thats the way low class places operate.
I recently had back surgery at Grandview. Since then I have had a few complications that required a visit after hours. The first time I went to Sylacauga and had a horrible experience. This time we took a longer trip just to come to Russell. It was well worth the trip. I never had to wait on anyone and I was in pain which they helped quickly! The ER team was so helpful and on task! A huge thanks to them for caring!!!
I work here and use the dr. here. I love Dr. Edwards best dr around.
