Dr. Cohen is outstanding in every single respect. I had a hip replacement and, because of his expertise as a surgeon, was only on a walker for a couple of days. The speed of my recovery is nothing short of a miracle!
Dr. Russell Cohen performed a partial knee replacement on my right knee in April 2021. I must say he is a skilled surgeon! The outcome was 100 percent successful with little pain. In fact, I was golfing 9 days following the surgery. The physical therapist was amazed at my range of motion and lack of pain. I heartily recommend Dr. Cohen for this procedure!
I am a patient of Dr. Cohen and I want to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for his expert medical service and ability. Dr. Cohen took the time needed to help me understand what was going to take place in my total knee replacement surgery and I felt very comfortable with his answers to all my questions. He has a real concern for his patients and his surgery skills, in my opinion are extremely elevated. I am grateful that he is my doctor and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Russel Cohen.
Absolutely amazing surgeon and staff. When you check into the hospital and everyone tells you "you are so lucky to have Dr. Cohen, he's the best" you know you have chosen well. I had a total hip replacement, and was back to work in two weeks. The best tip I can give you is "don't wait".
I had two knee replacements over a period of 11 weeks. Both were performed by the Mako Robotic system. My recovery was quick and I was walking a mile and riding my bike less than 4 weeks after both surgeries. Since I am 77 years old this is even more amazing to me and my family. Glad these surgeries are behind me, however!
