Buyers Remorse I had the same experience as Tim L. I finally made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It is still pending a resolution to the numbers game they played on me. Do not buy a car from Parks Motors of Augusta, Ks. They charge $3,000 to $4,000 over the market retail of the automobile. The sales people, finance manager and the owner John Culver all are aware of this unethical sales practice.
Not good sales I was treated poorly by the manager/owner, when he felt I wanted more for my trade-in than he thought it was worth. He actually took my keys, refused to give them back until I had listened to him call another dealership to ask how much they would give me for my car! I was incensed! It was a horrible experience.
Questionable service department We are under the impression that their service department is run by a bunch of cons and idiots. The last two times that we have taken our van in for service they have discovered a bunch of additional problems that didn't seem to exist until we got there. The first time my wife brought here van there there she had a concern about the front suspension making noise. They fixed the suspension and then wanted to charge extra for an alignment.
