These guys are numbers cons! Stay far away from these crooks. They tell you how much they want to be your "friend" but will treat you with little respect and do whatever they can to pull the wool over your eyes. The sales dept will not work with simple numbers with you when trying to negotiate a trade and work a deal on a vehicle. NICE FACILITY They have a relatively new facility which it makes it easy and pleasurable to shop for a new vehicle. Their service department is also new and amply equipped. They have a small stock of new vehicles on hand, but are happy to do a search and dealer trade if needed. I don't appreciate high pressure in selling me a vehicle or the games of going back and forth on price. Either we deal stright and it's a go or I leave. Impressive and appreciated 3 yrs ago, I limped into Norwich Dodge with an older well used Jeep Wrangler. I was treated as if I had a brand new expensive vehicle each time I needed service. When the engine died completely, I was shown a beautiful new Jeep, fell instantly in love, and drove it home with in 2 days. I work early hours at a hospital, and the service department has gone out of their way to accomodate my schedule. excellent dealership I woke up one morning to a dead car, would not start at all, or jump off with my husbands cables. We towed it to Rice. I worried all day that I would be looking at a $800.00 repair. Rice service mgr called me at 2:00 to tell me that I could pick the van up, it was ready. I cringed as I asked the price. ripped off at rice chrysler alcoa hwy I took a truck in to rice chrysler for service that was under warranty an got a big bill in ruturn an still truck was not fixed. The truck has been there four different times for the same problem an still not fixed . All they do at rice chrysler is change parts an hope they get it right ! They put stuff on my truck that didnt even need to be put on there an charged it to my warranty.

For once, an honest dealer Bonneville and Son, is a four generation, family owned dealership that has never lost the family feeling. Owner Edward Bonneville will go out of his way to make you feel at home in the dealership. A brand new facility does much to make the car buyer feel comfortable. They are a reputable dealer. PROS: New facility, clean CONS: Service Manager is unpleasant
FANTASTIC! friendly, personal, caring! This is exactly what you want out of buying a car. they were friendly, they were real, they made my experience family like. My old car had just broken on me, i still had a loan on it and i went into bonneville kind of nervous to try and roll it into a new loan. they made it feel so easy! they worked with me on financing and i got a great car!! i won't buy my cars from anywhere else!
