last BBB issue - never resolved these reviews look like they came straight from the employee sales cloud. when I went there the people were nice enough but they tried to pile more service and parts into what needed to be done. and the repair itself was never done right. which prompted me to file a complaint, which was never resolved. avoid them, they're not completely honest or thorough.
Super Dealer We went to Olathe Dodge looking for a new minivan. We had already looked around and pretty much knew what we wanted. The sales staff worked with us to get the right car at the right price. They were able to get us a van with a few more options, for a better price. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. They even were able to get me out in a reasonable amount of time. They worked out a great extended warranty plan aswell.
Good, honest car repair I feel comfortable taking my Dodge here for repairs. I don't feel like they are "taking me to the cleaners" like other smaller repair shops are known to do. We lost our keys and had to have them replaced. They have a microchip in them and only the dealership can cut the keys for it. They were honest about the cost and got it done very fast. They were really nice and professional. Their garage is sooo nice...felt bad driving your car into it. Just a bunch of honest, good guys!
Harsh and pushy tactics = dissatisfied customer! First, let me say that this is not my first ânewâ vehicle buying experience. I have purchased several Toyotas and Fords for pleasure as well as work vehicles over the years. I am also a big MOPAR fan and own an old muscle car. Outstanding customer service Amazing customer service. I came with the car I wanted vin and window sticker print off from another dealer. Olathe dodge had no issues getting me the exact car I wanted and they even worked late to close the deal on our schedule. We have purchased 5 vechicles from them and each time are amazing at the outstanding customer service.

Professional...Trustworthy I purchased my second Jeep at ODCJ - professional, nearly painless purchase, well, as painless as a car purchase could be! Haha. I had my first Jeep serviced at ODCJ as well. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years. I always feel like they have my best interest in mind. I wouldn't trust my Jeeps to anyone else!
