Being a native to Columbia and growing up near a Rush’s I figured I couldn’t go wrong stopping in on my way back to Columbia from where I live out of town now. The customer service that I received today (being none) was a reason to never return. If you’re looking for good customer service, Rush’s is not your place.

The lady in the back making our food shook her head every time the cashier called out our food...sorry I don’t like the “works” on my cheeseburger! And thanks for the 3 tiny half slices of onion...ugh what a waste of money! — eating lunch at Rush's.

We do have several items on our menu relating to "Jr." as well as hot dogs and chicken legs and a filet you can cut up to make fingers for your child. Dipping sauce is always available. Please tell us the time of day and location and we will immediately address your concerns. We're sorry we didn't meet your expectations, or ours.
