Rush's is the best fast food in Columbia and as a huge bonus they are local. I have been going there si ce childhood. My only complaint is that they need to put a restaurant in Cayce. Knox Abbott Drive is a major road into Columbia and so close to ball fields and the university. Come on Rush's us Cayce folks love you.

the restaurant on broad river rd Columbia SC customer service is terrible!!! I cannot believe how consistent they are with being rude and showing no customer service. the drive thru person literally threw my food at me at the window tonight at 9:28pm. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Worst fast food service in Columbia. Took 25 minutes to get through line.
Worst visit ever, food was just G’town in baskets and chicken was really over cooked. Love that place and the signature chicken. One more visit to Hwy 378 & I 26 location will tell the story.
Disappointed that people in the drive thru were taking care of before us, when we clearly arrived before them.
The garners ferry road Rush’s does not serve Hot hamburgers. The hamburgers served to me at that location are normally lukewarm (never hot enough to melt cheese). On the morning of June 15 at approximately 1025 am I ordered a hamburger and the meat was the same temperature as the lettuce & tomatoes. They were not so busy that they could not properly heat a beef patty. At least 15 seconds in the good ole microwave oven. No excuse for lazy
RecommendedI picked up some burgers at the Camden location from Rush's for the first time. I ordered for all 5 of us and everything was correct and so tasty! My children loved it too. Thank you so much.
