I've never had a bad experience! Always great place for a quick burger and shake.
Horrible customer service will never be back and I manage a restaurant. I walked to the front and asked for a refill and the guy rolled his eyes at me. Worst experience in a restaurant in my life. After spending $40 I asked for a sauce for my daughters chicken and they tried to charge me. I said screw it, we ate and left. The food was decent but the employees, manors and customer service completely sucks. Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it.
I visited the broad river rd location on 1/8/20 at 11pm to order chicken only to be told they only had a leg and a few wings left for the evening. I was very confused and disappointed considering the restaurant was scheduled to be open for business another hour. Is that typical business practice for this business or just this location ❓
