I was at the Broad River Road location this evening at 8pm when two male employees were behind the counter. One male employee began hitting the other employee in the face repeatedly . I called the police to report the assault and notified the manager I had done so. She told me she was handling the situation and that I should not have done that. Chili dog is hamburger mt with ketchup, yuck. Two notch rd.
Not all locations are equal. Just visited #6 on Harbison by the mall. No soft drinks, machine out of service. But, worst of all, ordered chicken filet sandwich. Chicken was cold, bun smashed, dripping in grease. When presenting back to the counter, cashier argued that the sandwich wasn't cold. Second sandwich, exactly the same. No, thanks, I'll go elsewhere in the future.
I have been to Rush's my entire life and I received the worst service tonight! I ordered 3 baskets, 2 all the way and one minus lettuce, tomato, and onion. the girl says what do you want on the burger. I repeat myself twice. I told you what I don't want so everything else that comes on said burger. Then I get to the window and the young man at the window says you must be hungry. Rude! their prices went up quality an portions went down
The customer service from the night crew running the drive thru at the Garner’s Ferry location is poor at best. I’ve waited in the drive thru 15+ minutes during each of my last 3 visits. Those visits have been varying times between 8p-10p. The employees at the window seem distracted by their cell phones or each other. It’s a shame that one of the best locations has turned into a place I’m not willing to spend my money at any longer.
