After our first event getting rained out, Rural Hill asked us to be patient and wait for a rescheduled date. When that didn't happen, we were guilted into not getting a refund and were asked to swap our tickets for another event. So we did. Then our new event was rained out and when I asked for a refund, not only was I told no, but I was called rude and selfish for not wanting to "think of it as a donation" for next year's event.
