Second show I've seen in your venue. Just wanted to say your staff was so helpful last night. My husband was in a cast and had a scooter to get around. I called a few hours early to inquire about handicap accessibility and was told to talk to guest services. From the moment we got there any question I had the staff had an answer and was ready to help us, when it began to rain I was even able to get a trash bag for his cast. Thank you so much for a great evening!

I was really impressed with Klipsch. It didn't take that long to get through the gates. I payed extra for Legacy parking, and I would highly recommend it! There were many parking attendants directing us into/out of Legacy parking. It was easy to exit the venue. Everything was clean at Klipsch, and there was tons of security/workers. Bathroom lines weren't that long, and the food choices were good. The concert we attended was at venue capacity, but everything seemed to run smoothly. We enjoyed attending the concert, and plan ... read more

Great sounding acoustics. $10 for a beer is outrageous. $13 cheeseburgers?

Been going to Klipsch since it was Deer Creek. Like the venue itself but getting in and out is horrible. Poorly trained people directing traffic. They have no idea what they are doing and causing a bottleneck situation. Ive been to many venues with traffic and never have as much trouble as I do here. Also you get sent out into the wrong direction you need to go and thru give you no option. Get it fixed!

Once again they sink lower than you think is possible. Bag that met regs was denied; it was my 12x12 purse. Took back to car and return when there's a lady next to me getting let in with a huge bag. They nickel and dime everything. No good beer options besides big domestic. I doubt I'll be back and will just focus on spending my $ at most any other venue in Indy. Bring on The Lawn at White River!

I've had my share of shows here starting back in 06-07'. So I kinda grew up going to shows here. Lines can be a bit long, food a bit pricey, and the bathrooms could use some work. But I'm not coming here for a 5star platter of food or a golden toilet to relief myself, I came so I can listen to music and have a good time with good people. Stay safe and hydrated!

Business response:

Thanks for the kind review Mike! Thanks for spending your summer with us!

Good view from the lawn and most seats, but the inconvenience of rules changing with every show as to what you are allowed to bring (bags/chairs/purses), combined with the hour+ wait to get out of the parking lots after the show, make this a less than ideal venue. If you can get a good deal on tickets, and it's someone you really want to see, it's probably worth it. Or if you always get a pavilion seat, and always buy all your food & beverage there instead of bringing your own.

If you want to wait in line at the merchandise table and watch as the cashier purposely ignores you, then this is your place! She watched me hold my credit card out, but wouldn't help me, because I wasn't a dude holding cash. The merchandise was sold out despite there being plenty when I got there. If you want to wait in line way beyond the gate open time listed, then this is your place! You will watch as the team huddles up right before your eyes, and continues their discussion long after the gates were to open. If you want... read more
