Gates opened at 6:30, Steve Winwood started at 7p. Took 1/2 hour plus to get through the gate. Missed most of the opening act. Sad!

letting people in the gates before the show starts with only one hour time frame is flat up stupid! No one minds security but when you're there early enough and they don't let you in tempers flare....

Stood for 45 minutes+ just trying to get in and see the show. Missed almost all of Steve Winwood.

Complete inability to manage large crowds efficiently causing people to miss half their concerts

First time coming here since it is over a 4 hour drive for me. I was nervous due to the reviews I had seen but I have to say we had a great experience for the slipknot concert considering the storms. Everything was handled to the best ability it could have been. They worked hard to get us in the gates in the pouring rain. I hope the experience is the same (minus the rain) this coming week when we make the long drive again for Breaking Benjamin.

Business response:

Thank you for your kind review and recognizing our hard working employees! We look forward to seeing you soon!

Used to be alot better. Most staff seem bothered by the crowd. Rude people.

Was very disappointed in this venue. It took way too long to get scanned through the gates. We waited for over an hour in line to be admitted. We missed the entire performance of the opening act! I feel ripped off! I will take my concert business elsewhere.
