This concert was far the best I have ever seen. Being from the 80's, It was a blast from the past. Thanks to all the staff and law enforcement officers making the Def Lepord concert a safe and awesome experience. Also to Gregg and ladies at the VIP west stand for always having a smile and treating each guest like family. I will be back for other events.

Waited in line over an hour and a half totally missed tesla which was why I preordered our tickets, my opinion if they were just schooling kids on how to use the "new wands" they should have postponed the show an hour and a half , so unorganized the rest of the show was great but kinda hard to get excited and enjoy it when you're already pissed and ready to leave . I'll from now on go to Riverbend farther drive but atleast I get what I paid for

Dear venue.. If it takes 2 and a half hours to get everyone inside maybe you should open the gates 2 and a half hours before the first band plays? Just a suggestion from everyone who missed the entire performance of the first band and most of the second band..

The only reason I rated Klipsch a 1 is because I couldn't leave a 0. Took an hour and a half to get in to Def Leppard because the security (not their fault) and their 5 minutes of training with their Harbor Freight security wands were letting about 2 people per minute through the gates. So even though I was early to the venue I completely missed Tesla (who I really wanted to hear). Then we almost didn't get back to our seats in time for Leppard because there was only ONE lady checking tickets to get back in to the pavilion w... read more

I would like to personally thank you for keeping me in a line for almost an hour and missing the band I really wanted to see. I have been going to your venue for over 10 years and the ridiculous wanding of every guest by employees that had no idea how to use the wand was very inconsiderate to myself and the 1000s of people that you made wait. Very dissatisfied and I should be reimbursed for your new policy as I was at the dead show a few weeks ago and none of this was going on then why now. Felt like I was in line at LAX tic... read more

Usually when on the lawn security was very good at keeping people off the concrete steps in front of people on the lawn. This did not happen last night and we repeatedly had to ask for help from a person in a red shirt when we could find them. We really felt like security is lacking this year for some reason!

I've been coming to Klipsch aka Deer Creek for years, and last night was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've ever had getting in. The lines were outrageous and all the way to the parking lot when Tesla ended their set. It was very disappointing since every other experience I've had has been great. This was my first show this summer and I've got to say I was disappointed on how things were ran. Also, you couldn't even see security in their red shirts when it got dark, perhaps a neon color would be better-like the security from... read more
