Attended my first show at Klipsch last Thursday for Jimmy Buffett. For the most part, very pleased with my experience. Wait was a little long to get in, but it seemed like the lines moved fairly quickly. Sound in the pavilion was good and it seemed like everyone was having a good time. We also attended the Buffett show at Tinley Park on Saturday and in comparison, Klipsch has their ducks in a row.

I think it deserves to be noted that the staff were incredibly efficient in getting the Phish crowd inside the doors after the 90 minute weather delay. Once the gates opened, everything moved quickly and smoothly. Thank you very much. Great job!

I have been to a lot of shows here over the years, but last night was ridiculous and probably the worst show I have ever been to. Parking was ok, but the staff is extremely unprofessional. Getting out is always a nightmare. We usually wait it out, then security shows up and rushes you out. I have one more show to go to here, because I promised my son I would take him. After that, I will consider other options.

I really enjoyed the venue & the tailgating situation! The security didn't hassle people like they do at most venues so that was a plus. The food menu was big and actually had great vegetarian options! The only thing I noticed were the prices for beer/water were extremely high ($9.75-$16!!! & $5 water) I was pretty surprised by that....otherwise the venue was nice for sound & clean! I will definitely come back !!!
We had such a great time at the Dead show here. =) parking lot is a lil crazy but the shuttle that ran us back to Dead creek campground was super awesome!!!

Went last year to 2 concerts and had a blast waiting to go again this year. Want to see several concerts. Love the lawn but had fun upgrading too.
