Concerts are always fun, but your guys' parking lots and trying to get out is absolutely horrible. We have sat here in traffic for an hour and you guys have employees just standing around. With as many concerts as you guys have, you should have this somewhat figured out by now.
The concerts are good!!! But getting ppl out the the concert is BS. U all got top flight security of the world out here directing traffic and they don't know how the hell to direct traffic to get out. Get it together Klipsch!
Good job overselling your venue and your pit tonight. I get to watch Disturbed from the legacy club (not complimentary) since the pit is absolutely overflowing. Not good business practice.
Just saw Breaking Benjamin and Disturbed and it was aesome. We will be back if other bands we want to see come here.
Always a good time. Sure lines can be long but they can be long at the bank or grocery store too. Always a fun and friendly environment! Love seeing the young kids out for a day of music and fun! Love, love, love!
Business response:
Thanks for coming out April! We look forward to seeing you again soon!
The Band line up is Awesome! ,but the lines you have to wait in is ridiculous......get there by 6:00 & still miss the first band.& not to mention part of the second band.....I don't want to here the lame excuse " the bands & there private sound checks" B.S.!!!! Open the gates with enough Experienced staff.....@ no later than 4:30 pm for a 7:00 show......get your ducks in a row Klipsch... & give your customers what they paid for......
We love coming here, but what is going on with the price of concessions? $16 for a 10oz Weemac? Seriously, that is a mark-up of epic proportions and just encourages everyone to binge drink before the show so you lose out on $16, total, instead of perhaps $10 (which is what I think it cost last year).
Had a great time. Seen Cheap Trick Joan Jetth and Heart❤️. Also got to see These Fine Gentlemen. They are a great band. Had vip tickets to see them. What a great night!
You need to train your workers! Don't motion for pedestrians to cross, Then not only not stop all lines of traffic, but decide to motion a line of traffic to come out on the main drag right in front of us! Literally inches from my 7 and 9 year old daughters as well as myself, sister.and husband!!! Of course the first jerk to take off in front of us floored it throwing gravel (that part the jerks fault, but should not have been moving anyway after motioning us to cross!!! VERY SCARY!!!!
