"Rain or shine" is what my ticket said. Make me stand out in the rain for an hour and miss the opening act. Then management let the lawn crowd into the pavillion and I got pushed out of my seat. Almost got kicked out for being in the aisle. They don't know what they're doing.

KoRn rocked my world last night! Amazing! Rob Zombie was awesome! Love this place. To the ones who don't like to smell pot or cigarette smoke then maybe you should not go.. I smoke cigarettes but I don't smoke pot no more. One year of being clean. But I do love the smell of it. Don't bother me at all... Had no problem getting out of parking lot but maybe that's because my husband drives. O yes and any show you go to pretty much you will smell pot and have drunk people that's just how it goes... Just mind you're own and have ... read more

It's my 10th year coming here, and the first year we decided to get Legacy Parking. So very worth it! Got in and out of the lot easier than ever before, wish I would've thought of it sooner. Didn't wait long at the gate, got right in the pit, staff kicked ass last night. Everyone was super talkative and helpful and even warned me what song Zombie was jumping in front of me on the railing so I'd be prepared. Security wasn't overbearing, but they did take care of the people who were disruptive. Can't wait to continue my concer... read more

Love this place... It's like a second home for me. Only things I'd change: prices for food and drinks...this is getting ridiculous!!! Traffic flow after the show... And last but not least... Go back to calling it Deer Creek!!!

I absolutely love Klipsch - can't think of a better place to see a show! Had an issue recently with tickets to a show that got messed up due to weather. Contacted ticketmaster and was working on a refund (which takes forever) then along came Nicki from Klipsch! She is an absolutely amazing person to deal with and handles their social media accounts. She was able to get me set up with tickets to the Snoop / Wiz show and I am so excited! Had a great conversation this evening and really appreciate her commitment to excellent cu... read more

So unorganized. Makes no sense why you would let folks in and hold them at bottom of stairs. Then stamped them in all at once. And for goodness sakes, why can't you ever open the gate on time. Two concerts in a row gates open 15 or more minutes late. And don't let me get started on how poorly the traffic is handled leaving the show. Got to car early to leave and set for 1.5 hours before we moved.
