Not sure if I would ever go back in place. I used to love the atmosphere and the drinks. However, I encountered some rude racial comments one night while patronizing the bar. The people chanted until me and the group left out of the bar.

Ignore the "District Anchor" on the outside. It's still Rumors.
Great location in the heart of city! Love the open air patio and bar, and the staff is very welcoming and makes you feel like family. Definitely, recommend checking out Rumors.
