My favorite thing about Rum River Auto is their 60 point check with every service! The staff is so friendly, and always willing to help you in any way they can! I had an alignment, tire balance and rotation. I got a loaner car for FREE....anyone looking for quick, amazing service, these guys got you covered. Also very knowledgeable!! Thank you Rum River Automotive!!

I was a loyal customer until I moved to another state. Before I left I bought 4 tires, they were supposed to be 65,000 mile tires. They didn't even last 3 years, they are worn and cupped with about 30,000 miles on them and the warranty you get isn't worth anything. I also needed a rim because I hit a pothole and after I paid and left I got a call from Rum River Auto to let me know the rim was a little out of round (I knew it was used but not that it was out of round and they did give me 30 days to bring it back) But I did ge... read more

Review of Rum River Automotive I am very disappointed with the service I received from Rum River Automotive. I brought our truck in for it needed a new transmission. (This was warranty work through a third party warranty service.) Transmission was replaced and when we picked it up it started acting up only 30 minutes after leaving the shop. I immediately called the shop and told them it was not working right. The issue was not occurring all the time so we were told to bring it in when it was occurring. I had my 2000 F350 truck worked on. I asked for a quote before work was started. Quote was very competitive. It did not exceed what the quote was. They we're able to get my truck done in a very satisfactory time frame. They even worked Beyond normal business hours to have my truck done. That shows that they really care about customer satisfaction! As you all know, their is not many auto repair shops that would willing to do that. Dan Peterson
