I've been going to Rum River Auto since I moved to Princeton a year and a half ago. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They have done all the repairs on my 2009 Wrangler and my 1988 Corvette. Not only do they make the repairs but they give you a heads up as to what might be needed in the future. They do not try and push repairs that can wait. When I last had the Corvette in last for major repairs they kept taking it for test drives and adjusting the timing to make sure it was perfect. AWESOME!! Knowledgeable, FRIENDLY, efficient, and affordable!! I went through 2 other automotive repair places (1 jacked up costs without notice - in the midst of my repair, another was always complaining about having to work too hard and they'd get to me when they could - certainly didn't make me feel like they valued my business!!) before finally landing with Rum River, and I'm staying!!!

Knowledgeable staff. Quick to get your car in and quick to get your car out without cutting any corners. Friendly people. Kelly is always willing to help. They don't value their business on the cheap but they value on getting things done the right way. When it comes your auto, you don't want cheap service, you want correct service

We had Rum River do our oil change yesterday and everything was done great! We called the day before and got an appt. exactly the day and time we needed! Everyone there was helpful and courteous! We will be back!
Recommended by female! I was new to the area and as a single female very hesitant to find a new auto repair shop. I love the way I have been treated and more importantly how my vehicle has been cared for. Kelly is amazing at articulating what is suggest and and why with a no pressure approach. I have been going to Rum River for about a year now and will continue!
Great service They were very timely with their work and didn't try to push any extra services or parts on me after doing and inspection on my vehicle. I will go back due to the great customer service.
