Had my annual free oil change for just having a birthday. That in itself is cause for a recommendation. But the associated multi-point inspection was completed thoroughly and honestly. I pretty much know the issues with my car and the inspection report accurately documented this - no more and no less. This establishes trust with Rum River Auto.

I want to thank Rum River Automotive for the work they did on my boat trailer. On a Sunday, I had a catastrophic mishap with my trailer. I started calling around to different shops to see if anyone would be able to fix the issue or even a place to bring it. Rum River was the only company that answered. I was able to limp the boat to their garage so they could fix it. They kept in touch through the whole process and made sure the boat was safe. This is what customer service should be. Thanks Rum River!!!
