Troy and the Rum River Automotive team are wonderful. Scheduling online and through the app has always been convenient with quick turn around and response time. Twice now they have helped our family out of tough spots and in short notice with auto trouble, and they are always friendly and make sure that you understand your options without making assumptions or making you feel uninformed about your vehicle. I just moved to Princeton and needed a place to bring my car. I had many people recommend Rum River Auto to me at work so I took it in to them. They hooked me up with a loaner while mine was in the shop. The service was good and they told me what I needed to get done soon so my car will continue to run. It's good to have someone looking at how to keep my car going since it's 17 years old.
First time going to a repair shop & I'll be going here for good! Very friendly staff! Got an alignment after getting my tie rods replaced and car is brand new! Thanks �
They did a great job on my car. Helped me figure out where an a/c leak was coming from. Took a couple times but they found it. Great people.
Troy is honest and tells you like it is, good, bad or ugly. I actually trust them to not pull stuff or exaggerate the work required to fix something on a vehicle. To me trust is #1 with an automotive reair shop. A+ to them.
