They have been helpful with multiple issues on different vehicles. Having loaner cars available has made Rum River Automotive a first choice for many repairs, along with the availability of appointment times.
My car had a clunking noise from end, low speeds. Oh, great, I thought, a new front end. Turns out my tires were more worn than I realized and Troy put on a new set and that was all that was needed. Now, the last car I worked on was my 1970 Chevy S-10. It was a pretty simple truck to work on. New cars are much more complicated and I don’t have the knowledge or tools to work on the new stuff. Came in with no appointment, and what we needed done was finished in minutes!! Also, the price to have it fixed was the cheapest around.
