I am not happy with the very expensive rug I ordered. I ordered it because it sounded like such a great idea. It took the item almost 3 weeks to ship to me and when it did I worried that it would be difficult to get it down since our furniture was already in place as we had to move in before they rug arrived. I contacted them and asked if I could return it. They said it would cost me $50 to send it back to them unopened. I kept the rug but am greatly dissatisfied with the quality.
