I mistakenly ordered the wrong size rug pad and immediately informed the company via email of the mistake and asked for a replacement in the correct size. They responded the next day and said they could not order a replacement in the correcte size, but would cancel the order and refund my money. However, the rug pad came anyway and I would like to return it without the $25 restocking fee for returns. It has been nearly 6 weeks and our rug has not arrived. I tried to follow up via email (they don't have phone lines to call - nice) and when an agent replied to my email, he gave me an update on a totally different order. I pointed this out and nearly a week later, no response. What an absolute joke. By this point someone should be reaching out by phone but they clearly do not care. Needless to say we will never use this company again and will actively discourage friends and family from considering them.

I have emailed a million times it seems. A couple emails took a long while to compose while I laid out Ruggables refund errors. I have yet to receive a reply to my emails other than the co formation that email was received. I purchased 7 rugs and in a return I was only given $70 when I was owed over $400! I'm still waiting on my refund and I spent a very long time trying to list/map their error for their accountant to look over. I order on line all the time and this is a tough company to reach if you need live help!! You have to search for a phone number on line and I finally did and they answer w a recording and do not give you a change to even leave a message before it cuts you off! The email responses are snail slow ! The product looks nothing like the site and if you want your money back you pay $25! It takes forever for the product to ship in first place!!! . Ordered a $300 e-gift card through a promotion (spend $300, get $50 credit). The $300 charge went through on my credit card, but I never received an e-gift card redeem code. Called the customer service number; no calls are being taken. E-mailed the customer service e-mail and was told "check your e-mail again." Ruggable sent me a file on "how to care for your rug." This has happened twice; I have no e-gift card and no promotion voucher. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.
There is no phone number to call for customer service! I ordered several rugs - 2 of the runners 2-1/2'x10' runners came with 80" rug pads. Just emails where 1 said the pads are supposed to be shorter - NOT.

Planned on using products for my medical practice. Orders were sent in triplicate, wrong products were delivered. Customer Support phone line was "halted," thus no attempt to speak with a "Live," agent. Slow response to emails--which is the worst system by far I've ever encountered. I ordered four rugs from their website as I am moving into a new home and was very excited about the prospect of washable rugs. I checked their shipping time lines and their website says 2-4 weeks because of making PPE for covid frontline workers, which is great. I ordered the rugs assuming delivery by mid to end of November. I received emails 24 hours later that one of my four rugs had shipped...to a home I do not possess yet.
