I agree that customer service is deplorable. I waited almost 5 weeks for my rug to arrive. the colors were much bolder than in the online photos. I tried to phone the company to get a return number as instructed on the website, but the message said they were not taking phone messages and I should leave an email. I have emailed 5 times over the past three weeks and have not received a response.

The customer service was deplorable. I ordered two rugs which were advertised as easily returnable within 30 days or exchangeable for a discount. At first, I requested a return of one of the rugs and then realized I would like to exchange it for another rug. While I had reprocess the return on their website, I emailed customer service to please change it to an exchange. They advised me to wait until the second rug came in which I did. Sent promotional email with 10% off first time buyer code. Upon using code, it wasnt honored. Asked why, company said only for certain items; yet no where in their emails nor order screens does it state that the code was only for certain items.

Terrible material. Like so cheap! It's not a rug let's be clear on that, it's more of a mat! Got an outdoor rug and put it outside the balcony for less than 2 weeks and you can already see the color faded because of the UV sunlight. All the ad you see online or social media. LIES! Do not waste your money on a rug that doesn't even work! Rather to buy a cheap one from Walmart and display it outdoor for a cheaper price but works better than Ruggable.

I am trying to cancel an order that was placed by mistake. Their phone lines are down and the only way to cancel is to email them. Their email says it could take 2-3 business days to receive a response and an order can only be canceled before it's processed. I even tried reaching out on Social Media and I got no response. The worst customer service, especially during a pandemic you should be there for your customers. I'll think twice about purchasing here in the future.

The rug took almost four weeks to arrive from the time I ordered. Most of the delay was due to a FedEx mix up, but the Ruggable Customer Service team was of no help in getting it straightened out. The only thing they did was give me a twenty dollar credit. I ended up spending 10 days making 15 phone calls over several hours just to get the rug delivered. Order never received. I ordered a rug from Ruggable and can't seem to get a response as to where my order is. I get the same robotic answer each time I email them. No where in the order process do they say that it takes 2-3 weeks to ship. I asked why I keep getting a robotic answer and the response was we do not recommend robot vacuums on the rugs. Their direct / internet based sales are a complete scam when you need to return your purchase. We lost over half of our original cost based on their evaluation of our rug. You won't deal with this when you buy from a retailer. The online reviews heaping praise on these rugs should be questioned. The rugs - and their customer service - are not a quality experience. There are better alternatives. This was just a money grabbing scam from a less than trustworthy outfit.

The rug I ordered was "OK", but not right for my space. I have requested a return FedEx label 8 times with no response whatsoever from the company. Don't order anything from Ruggable unless you are sure you're going to want to keep it.
