I have bought 3 cars at this dealership ! The sales people are the best and went over and beyond for me
My wife went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Those things were fine. The shock came when we got the bill for a $70 plus tax cabin air filter. The labor was $29.87 for a switch that should have taken at max 5 minutes. I would strongly consider looking elsewhere for basic maintenance.
I've never been treated more poorly in my entire life. Went in to price and possibly test drive an outback or a sedan but sales rep Scott wouldn't show us both sedans and hatchbacks and then only told us about the crosstek. When he realized I wasn't going to be buying the car right then, he said "I'm confused. What are you trying to accomplish today?" When I repeated our interest in outback prices he said we could look around and went back to his desk. We left a few minutes later without any info on the outback. Will never b... read more
I bought my 2013 Chevy Cruze from this store and I love my car! I haven't had a single issue with it. Every time I go in to get my oil changed everyone is always so nice.
