We purchased a used vehicle 2 years ago and have never had any problems with the vehicle. We had AWESOME customer service while purchasing vehicle from everyone we worked with, everyone was very nice and friendly . I have referred friends and family to Luther White Bear Acura Subaru. We will definitely go there again when we need another vehicle

The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Scam Artists!! Went in looking to lease a TLX with a trade in. I asked them to draft up the paperwork and see where they landed. They came back with a cap cost of the vehicle $2k higher than the other local dealership. I told them that and they brought it down under what the other dealer had. The rating would have been a four if the stories from the sales staff and the financing person had at least been consistent. The car we bought is in great shape (confirmed by an independent mechanic), but the hassle to purchase the car almost made us cancel the whole thing. Refusing to hold the car unless we financed it was ridiculous, not to mention waiting several hours to sign documents that could have just been brought out to me. Lol the random cookies in the mail were a pretty great touch. The wait sucked (that wasn't your dealership's fault) but the process to order and leave when the car came in was really quick. I'm planning to buy an STI from you guys if Subaru ever gives it to us with the FA engine so make sure to keep Mike Akright around!
