Responded right away but decided to go with a different car.
No one replied after sevond message.
They had me fill out a credit application not telling me that it would be fivehits to my credit. I understand it was supposed to be a hit, but not five. If the transparency was there, I probably would have purchased a car from them by now.
Highly recommended. Fantastic sales staff, fast and effective service department. Everything about the experience of buying from Rudy Luther Toyota was exceptional.
Horrible sales people. They assumed you know nothing about cars. The tell you lies and make up things. I looked at the history of the car and made sure to check carmax, but they say you are wrong. They are rude! "If you see a car better somewhere else, then ho buy over there". Wow! I was only comparing of similarity of the car to others. I left! That's why the car is still sitting in their lot of over 3 months bought in an auction. This dealer is greedy!
