Ordered a plain medium rare burger grilled with blue cheese. Have had it here before. My burger was 90%+ raw, plain, with a side of blue cheese salad dressing. Cheese biscuits were hockey pucks. Shared appetizer served without plates. This used to be my favorite place to eat, but service and food quality are declining. I hope it gets better soon!
My family wad in there this evening before the Kenny Rogers concert. Our waiter Dylan did his job just fine. The salad bar was great. The food on the other ham was not good. First we waited like 45 mins for our food. My mom had fried shrimp. It was over cooked very dark brown she sent it back. Dylan asked me to cut my steak and I said it is over but I'm ok. I am long time customer until tonight. The on duty manager Eddie needs to learn what the word professionalism means. Making rude comments to take light off the issue at hand. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks and 20-30 minutes to get our drinks refilled. It would've been understandable if the bar was busy which it wasn't. Being questioned on what I did and didn't order was out of line I know what I ordered and how I ordered it just because the bar staff maybe misunderstood or is no reason to question the customer. Over priced small portions. Really slow service no refills on pop.
