I usually love this restaurant with all my heart but yesterday changed my mind. I had a coupon for a free appetizer but my waitress came over four times trying to figure out the coupon when it was shown for a free app, she kept ringing it up as an entree. On top of that frustrating mishap, I didn’t receive my water until five minutes prior to leaving. Went in for a quick dinner before a show at Soaring Eagle Casino. Waitress was very nice,the appetizer took a little time coming out of the kitchen. My dates chopped chicken breast salad was perfect. My burger ordered well done came out about medium didn’t have time to wait on recooking my order. So the waitress and manager took care of the issues on our bill. They were both very courteous and Professional. I’ll give them another try next time I’m in town. Very professional customer service
We had a wonderful server who was fast, accurate and all with a smile (Simone). � Great burger and as always a wonderful dining experience.
