Been here a couple times tonight was the worst from the start the hostess seemed in a bad mood and seemed to not want to be there told us we would have a 10-15 minute wait for a table when there were open tables but ok no big deal said we would wait at the bar which in turn they took as we would just eat there still not a huge deal the bar tender as well wasn't the cheeriest person and was not very attentive he did not check back to see if we were ready to order only because the sink was right in front of us did we get his a... read more

My daughter's steak had to be sent back twice. What's so hard about well done. After the second attempt, we substituted grilled shrimp. OMG either the chief or the receipe, no seasoning and rubbery. My New York strip was cooked great, as far as well done goes. Actually perfect, but no seasoning and 5 ounces of my steak was fat. Management offered a sincere apology, but didn't offer to take a dime off for the attempts on a well done steak. Never again. Glad we don't have one in our area any longer. I was so disappointed. They don't serve biscuits anymore and my petite steak was tiny and they didn't remove the tissue around it. I order the petite steak every time I go so I know it wasn't as big as usually is. The waitress never even offered me a refill on my coffee but offered my husband a refill on his pop. I was very dissatisfied.
Here yesterday and the food was great. But our waiter Matthew who was personable was very slow despite the fact that it was not especially busy
Haven't been there since the new menu....Everytime it changes, we lose. First the Trout went. This time the free salad bar with premium entree's. Now we are just waiting to see what we will lose next time a menu is reprinted!
I had one server take my order, one server bring my food, another ask how it tasted, then I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for one of them to stop by, get me a box and bring my check, none of which happened. Salad bar was great, always is, favorite menu items were discontinued and service was terrible. I handed the host a $20 and left without getting a check or a to go box. Terrible service, coming from an 8 year waitressing veteran.
Atmosphere was nice but the meal was not up to par. The rib eye steak was not even 1/2 inch thick so it could not be cooked to my request of medium and had absolutely no flavor. So I'm wondering if it was even a rib eye. And please lighten up on the dressing on the Caesar salad!
Went there today for lunch. The food wasn't great, the service was average, but the Ruby Relaxer was great.
