This was a nice stop on the way to Nashville, the food was good and the wait staff fast and friendly.
My husband and I waited 45 minutes at our table and did not even get a glass of water. We complained twice to the manager that we have not been served yet. She still didn't send a server to us. I stopped a random server and asked if we could have something to drink. ... she never brought anything. The manager never assigned a server. Finally after 45 minutes, my husband and I walked out. I believe that this Ruby Tuesday is prejudiced. I have never felt so humiliated in my life.

I love the atmosphere at the restaurant and the ambiance but I was very disappointed. I came here with my husband its about 7pm on a weekday. Not very busy at all. We waited for our water for 20 min. and after an hour waiting we still didn't get our food. We asked the waiter if we can see the manager and he just said ok. he left and went to the other waiters giggling and mocking us saying " who is the manager" after 15 min waiting again no manager came. We cant help it so we just left. Management seems didn't care. all i can... read more

When I have eaten in the Ruby Tuesday of New Bern I found the service very slow and the order is never correct.
