I ate there on Dec.30,2014,at 9pm. When we ordered the crab cake combo,which included the salad bar there was two crab cakes offered on the menu,for 12.99,which might of been ok if the waitress had told us when we ordered but didn't. It was the most unappealing slop that was served, no garnish and that was burnt and flatter than a pancake and tasteless.I seriously I think you ran out of crab cakes and tried to stretch what you had, it did not benefit your establishment one bit. Good service very attentive staff delicious food will return
My wife and I made a reservation for Valentine's Day and had a great experience. Our table was ready when we arrived and the waitress promptly greeted us and gave great service throughout the visit. The food was delicious. I had a New York strip and my wife had the sirloin with lobster tail. Everything was perfect. We also received a coupon to return which we will do soon.

i visited my local ruby tuesday this past week and it was wonderful. i had the new asiago steak and baked potato, which was cooked to perfection. the way the parm cream cascaded over the steak with the asiago cheese on top made it a crafted masterpiece. i will be coming back soon and i will most def bring my friends. thanks guys keep it up.

They sort of just threw all my stuff in a bag and, all of the food was lopped on top of each other. Our cupcakes had frosting stuck to the box. The trout almondine was tossed over the cauliflower and mashed potatoes. They insisted on a 10 percent gratuity.... I would have given a tip anyways for a TO-go order (I usually do). However, I don't appreciate being forced to.
